“Beautiful place for study, contemplation and rest. The brothers are grateful hosts. The food is good and varied; it often comes from their gardens. Lodging is similar to a hotel, but the silence is golden. A library is onsite, as well as two cemeteries. The church keeps the simple style of the Cistercian Order. Many walking trails cover the grounds to hill-knob and small forest lakes. The statues are a special place to visit. Very nice gift shop and bookstore.”  David Kendall-Sperry
